Rush Limbaugh and Others cited for Sedition

Hobbes founds and realizes the Rights notion of modern democracy. It is sole legitimate political order ("legitimacy" is also Hobbes's invention). It has two phases. The passive phase of OpenSociety is the Liberal state in which State and Society are distinct. OpenSociety in the active phase is the collapse of these two as one. This is the totalitarian dictatorship. It is these two phases --the Rights teaching in both. Obama has moved the U.S. into this second phase. Democracy is not aberrant in the Nazi-Communist phase of democracy. Rather this phase completes the Rights regime. For example, Obama and others with him --going back to John Dewey who goes back to Hegel-Robespierre-- understand Rights in the active phase are liberated into "positive Right." Right exercised by the State for the Self (shearing Self --now the non--  from every other Self, also freed into positive Right).

People asked, in the period of fanatical excitement, and shocking misbehavior - What is the rush to pass Health Care, what really is it? Why is Obama so fanatical about it? Some others, those who knew what Obama was up to along the lines of creating a tyranny, found themselves in danger. They're in more danger now. Enabling Health Care, its Constitutional means, is the Commerce Clause. It is what effects how the mandates are to be compelled. Although the evidence this man was to be at least a caudillo style dictator, even before he won the election, the Health Care Law makes clear he is a very obvious and dangerous dictator. Obama is the first American president who is a dictator. We should not be surprised if he proves to be the last president.

You should know this.  Obama, the Congressional democrat leadership, and no doubt Holder, adopted the Leader's concept calling for the Law to extend to the mandate in a manner to effect criminalization of opposition to it, at the point of making U.S. citizenship a crime. In particular this means that where the Commerce Clause now reaches to enforce the mandate of Health Care Law,  non-compliance includes breathing, for example, while "sitting at home doing nothing". (I put it this way, using the language of Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Brief in Support" to the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan Case No. 2:10-cv-1156, to imply or to suggest the regime's defense is likely to be that breathing, however much a logical reading of the Law, was not intended to include "sitting at home doing nothing." Defenders of Obama, perhaps careful readers, say Waxman, will find the intention of the Law is only to apply to those who are breathing hard, as in running away. These opponents, seeking  only to embarrass of our "brilliant young president",  will be fined or jailed; or both.)

It follows from what is already said that legitimacy can only be 2 phases, not more or less. This reflects that legitimacy or Intelligibility is coincident knowledge. Subject and object are the same, absolute or complete knowledge is what not-given Being is. Just as symbolic intentionality, symbol itself, is the Thing in Itself, making Science the necessary condition of Enlightenment, coincident knowledge is also possible for Speech. Hegel's is the best known but only because it is overlooked that the cogito is a Speech Second Intention (as is Descartes' Second Intention re-conception of Platonic order as lex, Kepler's "Second Law of Thermodynamics"). These laws, our concept of the universe to this hour, are typical of our science. Even scientist Max Planck has named them Kepler's Laws of Elementary Disorder. But the conceptual source of this in symbolic intentionality lies unseen within the unified Interchangeability of Enlightenment Founders for the realization Enlightenment is, as well as in the Intentionality. Understand science or what is highest in Western societies is the necessary condition of Hobbes's two phases.

In Hobbes, Speech is coincident for power but also for the Person of the ruler, and the represented. "...those Fiats, Let their [sic] be light, Let there be a firmament, Let us make man,...are the Word of God...:And...He upholdeth all things by the word of his Power; that is, by the Power of his Word; that is, by his Power...." But stop here a minute, here.

This is as important today, and obvious in all Western societies, at everyday levels, as it is in Kepler's equations substituting time and motion for proportionalities.  It's in today's news.  Time's Klein convicts Rush Limbaugh and others who understand Obama is a dictator, of sedition. Speech as public discourse, and its domination by the Speech Elites,  is here the dreadful exemplar of that segment of liberal Jews in the mode of Mommsen's "ferment of decomposition," men who delight to undo and vilify the created universe or to forward the World State as acts of liberation from being Jews at all. The malShenim as they are called, the traitors in daily prayer. Incoherence is the goal here, and is in any case virtually automatic. It is the Speech Elites who ferment the decomposition by means of the institutions of education and public life. The purpose of education and public life is just this fermentation of decomposition. This is the action of the Rights teaching of Hobbes. It works in opposite directions at once. Look here.

As  "opinion" or Speech, words like sedition bear a two-sided  Certainty. With all Speech, sedition, reduces to indeterminacy, that is to values speech. Our Speech is Certain for Speech as Reciprocal for Science (Certainty). Here, where the coherence of all Speech is destroyed versus Science as Certain. Words cannot ever be true --this is the pairing of symbolic intentionality (the Thing in Itself) against Speech intentionality (the separation of word and its experienced image or thought). But the other side of this is Speech (Uncertainty) itself.

Enlightenment Speech intentionally effects the incoherence of all words, this being  its own absolute Certainty for incoherence. Accordingly, it is this incoherence that is the mission of social science and the Speech Elites. It is education and public discourse which assures that democracy does not cease to be Hobbes's sole Enlightenment order in representative government. But for all the obviousness in the action of this (it is of course the reverse of obvious to Enlightenment men), it is the fate of those who know Obama is a dictator to fail once they say so. This is because, at the same time they say so, defending themselves against such men as Klein (or ex-president Clinton, leading many others to make the same charge against those who think it's the government itself that is the heart and center of all genuine sedition, a dictator's war against the American nation itself), Limbaugh and others make themselves unintentionally complicit with such men as this Klein, and this Clinton. 

Just the moment Obama is cited, at last and bravely, for a dictator the Elites attribute sedition to the sayers. But the response of oppositely minded speakers who know he is a dictator, still find it is they themselves who can be counted upon, verily against their will, effectively to affirm the Certainty of the Reciprocal action, for Speech, therein for Science (Certainty). By making the predictable, but still true responses that sedition is education itself; that genuine sedition by The Left is justified by Klein and Clinton to be patriotism, the result is always bound to be the truth of Hobbes. Power is The Lefts. The correct response, that truth is itself the deciding factor, can never reach beyond the Truth of Existence or Enlightenment. In other words, Enlightenment cannot lose in this exchange. The frustrated truth teller, the conservative, affirms and supports what frustrates his Speech, Rush Limbaugh's.

Where power is at once the highest most universal object of men, herein bearing a teleological aspect (where telos is not-given Telos or no Telos, that is, no end), power is itself teleological in line with Speech. And so Speech or Word (image) is itself power in the truth of what is incoherent. "So that in the first place, I put for a generall inclination of all mankind, a perpetuall and restlesse desire of Power after power, that ceaseth onely in Death...because he cannot assure the power and means to live well,...without the acquisition of more." But see that this "power" is the non-Being of any purpose. Speech is, for science, and again for Speech, incoherent. These are what defeat the response of Rush Limbaugh. Power itself, and non-Telos itself is the Rights teaching in two phases. These are effected for realization of the two phases. Speech itself, and together with Science (Certainty) or power as the realization of this Certainty, and the Certainty of Speech "power" is for the Rights teaching, the congeries which unifies the coincidence of Rights teaching and representation-power-Speech. Where, or how and when these concepts crystallize in a single conception, it intersects with an actual being (an actualizing not-given Being) a new real thing enters existence. Hobbes's Speech describes the Speech version of symbol, that is, of Second Intention.

What I have just pointed to as the conservatives helplessness is the intersection of this teaching with the actual Being, the human Self. It is Self's intersection with its own natural Speech. But this is now, for not-given Being, a new Thing as it, Self itself, binding with this conceptuality as Thought, enlivens it as Self, simultaneously transformed; in truth, ontologically. This realization of the two phases is the truth of our existence.
